“I can only comment on setting up the policy- hopefully I'll never need to claim on it. After applying I was contacted by Thurston who was friendly, not pushy and took the time to explain everything and answer any questions I had.”

“I already held a unemployment cover with Best but cancelled it last year in April. I was supposed to renew this later on but only recently did this. I already knew what I was looking for and just needed to go through the motions of setting up a new account. The person who dealt with me was very pleasant and efficient,”

“Emma, who dealt with my quote and policy was extremely helpful, very patient and went through all the information in a friendly, professional and courteous manner. Emma also rang me back at exactly the time she said she would which I thought was brilliant. If I was just scoring Emma, I would have given Best Insurance a 5/5.”
