Dear Sir/Madam, Please contact us (BES) urgently as we have tried unsuccessfully to call you on several occasions. Our courier tried to deliver but as there was no answer your goods have been waiting at a collection point for 6 days. If they are not collected very soon your order will be returned to BES. “Because of any forthcoming changes in legislation regarding changeover kit for lpg cylinders for caravans, our gas fitter recommended that we bought one from BES. The service was absolutely first class; I placed the order one day and received it the following day. The price paid was more than acceptable and I would have no hesitation in recommending BES to anyone who needs gas or plumbing supplies. Thank you for such great service.”
