“Although the goods were sent out on time and that I had requested the goods be delivered to a neighbour this did not occur and I ended up having to get a redelivery. This cost me time and a lot of money. Highly unimpressed with UPS and suggest you use another more effective courier service!”

“Brought a replacement door for my Electic meter box, product arrived fast but so it should as I payed for next day delivery. Upon installing the new door, very simple installation just 2 pins to put in place, put the pins in closed the door and the bottom pin straight away broke causing the spring loaded pin to fire off to who knows where, totally useless product could only have been faulty manufacturing as these pins shouldn’t be able to come loose.”
