“I ordered a Submersible Oil Transfer Pump P/N: 21829 in the afternoon and received it the following day. BES provided a link to the carrier, so tracking was easy. The pump worked very well, removing 100 litres of heating oil in a few minutes with little noise.”

“Was hard to place first order, still haven’t received security email to my hotmail account. Had to send an email to gain confirmation to dispatch the order, hence why only 3 stars.”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Our IT team looked into the point you raise and are puzzled slightly. Your Order Confirmation, Dispatch and Invoice emails were all sent as per normal. It may be that you have two email addresses as we do not have your hotmail address registered with BES as you originally registered with a BT email address.
