“ordered water mains pressure test kit on line, booked delivery, got a call on the day i was expecting delivery to say it wasn't available anymore, but that was ok as i would be re-credited. i explained i would need an e-mail to confirm this as i paid for it on a company credit card,. i was told they don't provide that service. i explained that i needed it to back up the invoice i had already put through the company, I was then informed they would e-mail me to confirm the cancellation. just looked on line, and it's still available to purchase from them!”

“The order was fulfilled OK and dispatched in a good timeframe. It is just a shame that the final courier could not be bothered to deliver the parcel to the address. It was left at the back of their shed (covered in bird poop) for a friend to advise me. I thought I was paying for delivery to door?”

“After many hours of looking for an item in local stores, I came across BES through a google search - THANK YOU GOOGLE!!! The item description was perfect, delivery was super fast and the item itself is to a great standard. Wish I'd known about BES before I start rebuilding most of my house! If I ever need plumbing/electric supplies again, I'll definately be coming back to BES.co.uk - Thank you!”

“COULD USE YOU BEFORE AS NO CLICK AND COLLECT OPTION ONCE I FOUND THIS WAS POSSIBLE I ORDERED WITHIN 2 DAYS OF FINDING OUT LOOK FORWARD TO USING BES EVEN MORE KNOW THEIR GREAT”

“The package was delivered by UPS one day before my chosen day, when I was not at home, this was very inconvenient, especially considering since it was a small order and I was paying for the delivery.”

“My order wasn't going to be delivered on the next day pre-12 that I had paid for because of the delivery company assumed the school was shut in the summer holidays and now one would be there. But spoke to Phyllis at BES and she got straight on the phone and sorted it for me. The product was delivered the job got completed on time. She was superb thanks you very much.”
