“Placed the order at 15:45 on a Tuesday. Arrived on site at 08:30 the following day!! Unbelievably quick service. Excellent products and competitive prices.”

“I really thought this company is good but not. I had three bad experience with them. When they have taken many to deliver on time and didn’t deliver. The have option to deliver on Saturday and Sunday but the staff tell you we not guarantee that you can get it. Bette to tell you’ll get when … Is better to have one option and do it instead of five delivery options which you can’t guarantee”

“First time customer. Took 2 deliveries over 3 days to get all the 'next day' order. Broken part delivered. Three emails to report problem - no response. Two calls to 'customer service' - both cut off as I tried to explain the issue and see if a return or refund is possible. It's clear you don't want to resolve the issue - so I won't be using you or recommending you in the future.”

“Tuesday morning electric power kept tripping on RCD, traced the fault to a faulty zone valve for the hot water, ordered the valve at 12.40, delivered before noon the next day, excellent service and heating back up and running.”
