“Competitive price, next day delivery only let down by absolute rubbish delivery service by UPS. When you click the link to track delivery all you get is by " end of working day". BES change your courier.”

“Only just acceptable as the instructions for a valve did not make it clear which face side the rubber washer fitted so I telephoned the technical department to which I was asked if I was a plumber which I am not and the TECHNICAL ADVISOR told me to get a qualified plumber! JUST BECAUSE I ASKED WHICH FACE A RUBBER WASHER FITTED ON sorry but I don't think that it such a technical question.”
