“Products are good, delivery fast. The only problem is that I did not want the big catalogue they included (waste of paper and postage - required a much bigger box because of this!). Also, I do not want to be pestered by emails after an order. For these reasons, I would not use them again.”

Thank you for your review. We are pleased you agree that our products are good and that our delivery is fast. Please note a catalogue was sent out as this was your first delivery. When ordering you have the option to opt out. Our postage remains at £4.95 regardless of weight. Plus delivery carriage is FREE when spending more than £50. BES take the environment very seriously which is why we are ISO 14001 accredited. BES are also GDPR compliant which is why we ensure that you can unsubscribe from all promotional emails. “I purchased a single 2m length of pipe foam insulation, at a very modest cost and expected it to arrive in a somewhat distressed condition after transport handling. However I was amazed and delighted to receive my purchase in pristine condition, protected by a large and strong cardboard box the full of the insulation. Unbelievable customer service! Well done BES and thank you.”

“BES were recommended by a an acquaintance, I was impressed with both the service, advice and delivery. I did pay for the next day delivery, before 12pm and both my separate deliveries, for separate jobs came in before time. I was more than pleased in my dealings with BES”

Thank you. We are confused by your feedback. Your order was delivered to Yorkshire and you were charged £4.95 for delivery (less than £50 order value) The delivery charge would have been the same if you had your order shipped to Portugal. Regards, BES

“We made an order from BES which came damaged, after searching BES's website for contact details they only have a telephone number that rings out for ages and no other form of contact! After finally getting through to an apparent customer service representative I was advised that I could not make a complaint as it was outside their 3 day timescale and they could help me no further. The lady I spoke to Julia was very rude, advised me I could of contacted then via email... no email address on their website and only a no reply email address used for my receipt! The service is shocking, I would never buy from these crooks!”

Upon investigation our records show that your order was delivered successfully on 4th December. You then telephoned us on 16th December to report damage to your order i.e the case. (this delay contravenes BES T&C's) We apologise for any offense regarding how Julie spoke to you.
