“I have used BES on four occasions when I could not get items locally. BES seem to have everything in heating and plumbing ect . The items i ordered have been very good quality and the prices are competitive, particularly if you order items to the value of £50 where shipping is free. Delivery was fast .”

“Quick delivery and order was well packed. In my opinion, care was taken to make sure parcel was packaged so minimise damage during delivery. Obvious it would have be great if delivery was free but for next day delivery for something I need, it was worth it.”

“Excellent service. I needed a tempering valve to protect a shower pump from excessive temperature, but decided I wanted to check that the one I had selected was right for my needs, so sent an email question to the Technical department. They replied promptly and I then ordered the part. It arrived the next day! It's difficult to see how this could have been any better. Thank you.”
