“I have a note on my site which says to leave round back of house. UPS came when I was not in and I had to travel 3 miles to retrieve my parcel I am not impressed”

“First, the positive. The product arrived quickly and works well. However I asked them to deliver to a self storage company. It arrived without any identifier on the outside so they had to open it and call the number on the delivery note to find who it was for. When I complained to customer services the lady I spoke to did not accept that this is a problem. She said I should put my name in the comments box on the order. All very well after the event but not really a fix.”
