“Placed my order on line, delivered next day excellent service. One part missing, phoned BES spoke and explained to a lovely helpful lady in orders, sent a replacement part for next day delivery. Very pleased with this service in a busy world.”

“Website ordering is broken, edit or remove an item from the basket and it randomly clears the entire basket. Try and login and I just get "your recaptcha reputation is to low".”

Also given you highlight your low reCAPTCHA score with Google, our advice would be to recommend that you contact Google to investigate ways to reset your low reCAPTCHA score.
