“I had a real problem finding matching 3" (76mm) diameter Soffit Vents to replace my current and disintegrating vents. I was relieved to have found them at BES after spending a considerable amount of time searching the net.....they're not exactly falling of trees. I decided to order 25 to replace all of those in my plastic soffits, whilst I could get hold of them. The next impressive thing was to be offered a free, (very) comprehensive, catalogue during the buying process and the final point of satisfaction was their next day delivery service....which was achieved. Like many of these very sales orientated companies I notice that the range of products and their service tends to be top notch all round, that's why they're in a virtuous circle....someone there has got a good team and culture around them. I can't fault my first experience. It was first class and it wasn't even a large order. I'm always impressed when they treat ,small order, customers the same as someone with a larger order. Thumbs up from me.”
