“Customer service at BES is brilliant. I had to return a faulty item and the staff at BES were able to send out a new item, which arrived the next day and they arranged pickup of the item to be returned. I highly recommend BES. A great company to deal with and they have a great range of items for sale.”

“Possibly the most incompetent service I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Placed an order for next day delivery with specific instructions of where to leave item. Item wasn't left, neither was a card. Contacted BES, they apologised and informed me that delivery would be the following day. Took day off work as needed the materials for weekend works. Contacted BES in the afternoon in order to chase up delivery. Was informed that goods were in Northampton should I wish to pick them up ( 130 mile round trip ). Because the fault lay between them and the courier they informed me that they would have the goods couriered to me and should expect them around 7pm that evening. Received a call at 4.30pm informing me that they had changed their minds and were now not going to send them leaving it too late for me to source materials from elsewhere. Whole episode cost me nearly £2,000 in loss of wages and accommodation charges.”

As you know BES were badly let down by its courier on this occasion. Rest assured we have escalated the points you raise at a senior level with our courier to investigate. “Somewhat disappointed but I did achieve my key objective of getting a very busy facility (pull-out kitchen tap) back into operation. I asked an initial question on the BES website but didn't receive a reply. I eventually decided to place an order due to the urgency of needing a solution. Delivery was swift. However, whilst the box and external packaging were dry, the contents were wet (with what seemed to be clean water, thankfully). There was sizeable imperfection in the chrome finish on the spray head but, as I needed an immediate solution, I decided to live with this.”

“Excellent company to deal with. My order arrived up damaged and complete within a few days, was very well packed. The shipment was via UPS, who are also very reliable, unlike a few carriers I could mention. They enclosed a free catalogue which will come in useful.”

“I'm happy with the product. It's and old style cistern not easy to find so I was glad BES stocked it, to replace my old one. It's slightly smaller so I'll fill the gaps around the tiles”
