“Good product. Normally good delivery but not this time. Delivery company made a compleat mess of it. It cost me £500 waiting for all my order to arrive. BES didn't seam to care much about that. Normally i would give BES a 5.”

Thank you for your feedback. Our courier advises your order was split into two loads annoyingly. One was delivered on the 24th and the other 25th. Furthermore one of these deliveries arrived damaged which is why we delivered replacements on the 26th. Circumstances like this are thankfully very rare. Damaged parcels and courier error are out of our control. We are very sorry for any inconvenience caused. Regards, BES

“Great product range and very easy ordering process. Once ordering is complete you get regular updates and a delivery slot, my order arrived on time and was exactly and described.
