“The free next day delivery has never failed me - even off the beaten track in Cumbria. My last order was with me before lunchtime. I used to think BES had everything in terms of unusual plumbing fittings, so was surprised that the on-line catalogue no longer includes swept elbows or 15 or 22mm copper olives. Some of the items I did order were on back order. Now that my order is well over a week ago, I would have liked an email to let me know when I can expect those items. Instead, I have had two emails asking me to review BES!”

Our postage remains at £4.95 regardless of weight which is competitive in the market place. Plus all deliveries are FREE when spending more than £50. “I've placed many orders with BES and their service is excellent. It's easy to order the reasonably-priced items from the website and delivery is consistently prompt.
