“Your claim to deliver the next day on orders received before 7pm did not happen. I was contacted and received an apology, but that did not help as I was held up on a project I had already started. When I received my order it was well packaged and exactly as I had ordered it. Thank you.”

“Slight problem with delivery of my items which was delivered to the wrong address. Bes.co.uk was straight on to the delivery company to collect it from the wrong address and redeliver it to the right address.”

“Been looking for a replacement hose for my bath shower attachment for months. All were cone both ends. Finally you had a hose cone and 1/2 " Fitted beautifully. Well done BES. Ordered, delivered and fitted within 3 days. Excellent service.”
