“I unfortunately received the wrong item, a gas meter instead of a water meter. I rang up straight away spoke to some one in the dispatch office who sorted the problem out straight away. Excellent service. The swap was done quickly and easily. Will be doing another order soon.”

“I made an order at 16-30 in the afternoon and low and behold my order arrived about 09-30 following morning. Now it doesn't come much better than that. I would recommend BES to anyone. Order complete and no waiting. Spot on, well done.”

“Having discovered a mouse hole in the bottom of an outside wall I was anxious to fill it in as soon as possible. Having tried all local DIY and builders merchants, no one could help me with obtaining a bag of morter (lockdown)! until I went on the internet and found BES.co.uk and not only could they supply me with what I needed but it arrived next day. Considering they are in Birmingham and I'm in West Sussex I was so impressed with ;the service I received I would have no hesitation in recommending them to friends and collegues. A BIG Thank You especially as we are now mouse free!”
