“Ordered a flexible gas pipe to connect gas to caravan. It arrived well packed and on time. Delivery left in the requested place. The pipe was exactly as described on the web site and fitted perfectly.”

“Because of any forthcoming changes in legislation regarding changeover kit for lpg cylinders for caravans, our gas fitter recommended that we bought one from BES. The service was absolutely first class; I placed the order one day and received it the following day. The price paid was more than acceptable and I would have no hesitation in recommending BES to anyone who needs gas or plumbing supplies. Thank you for such great service.”

“would appreciate a cheaper delivery option when don't need next day. Also found the offer of free postage on orders over £50 misleading - all prices on site are quoted with VAT yet the £50 has to be before VAT..! otherwise all good”

“They went the extra mile after I was not in to receive a part I needed to repair a boiler. They called the courier and made every effort to ensure I had the part in time for my customer appointment, My customer was happy, great service from BES.”

“One of the best if not THE best online plumbing parts site I've ever used. As a buyer for a building firm their prices are generally very competative and in some cases are exceptional, look out for their occasional deals these can be massive money savers. BES are a big thumbs up from me! keep up the good work BES”

“Great service ,Tracy was a pleasure to deal with .I would highly recommend dealing with BES .Its a pity I can’t say the same for UPS who must think everyone is sitting at home at 12 o’clock in the day waiting for a parcel to arrive .”

“BES have have always been able to supply what I have needed. Delivery is super quick, next day at no extra cost, and the returns policy, if you need it, is excellent. Website works well and staff are pleasant and helpful on the phone.”
