“excellent online service; delivery very prompt; goods in perfect condition; only criticism concerned compatibility of fittings with regard to internal / external diameters, but my question was answered satisfactorily; well done; I shall definitely order from BES again.”

“This company is guests class. I ordered parts for an outside water tap. Made an error, called them and changed the order and the revised order and amended bill all occurred seamlessly within 2 days. Fantastic service.”

“Following a failed galvanised connection on my 28 year old bore hole domestic water supply I found myself in a dilemma as to fix it. I stripped out all of the old galvanised fittings much of which were on the point of failure / blockage! As I am on currently on lockdown, a local solution / supply was essential. A quick troll on the internet found BES who supplied me with replacement parts in 316 stainless steel in under 24 hours, delivered to the door!! What excellent service both from Sarah who took the enquiry to the UPS delivery driver. Thank you John & Dawn MacQueen”

“Ordered on Friday and paid for Saturday delivery, the order was accepted. I realised it was Easter, so I checked on your website, only to find that the order would not come until Tuesday! Phoned back within two hours to cancel, but was told they could not and I would have to refuse it on delivery. The goods took until Friday to emerge which was much too late anyway.”
