“First time using BES for some flue parts for my home renovation. All components in stock and despatched for next day. Had to exchange one item which was duly collected promptly. Although not in the gas trade as a retail customer, all parts ordered were ready for my engineer. Excellent service all round thank you.”

“I spoke to their "technical" guy. Quite frankly he lied to me about the dimensions of the product (he either couldn't be bothered to look it up or knew it wouldn't fit and hoped I wouldn't be bothered to return it). When it arrived it was obvious it wouldn't fit. I sent an email explaining this. Whilst they did arrange to pick it up they never apologised nor did they ever discuss refunding me, so I will have to wait for my card statement to see if that happened. I got the product I needed far more easily from an alternative supplier.”

All the dimensions of the meter box you purchased are clearly stated on our website and in our catalogue. “Brilliant product at a good price and delivery was prompt. Slight problem in that my name was not on the outside of the package causing minor delay in me getting the parcel. Not a problem but something I will ask for in my delivery instruction on my next order!”
