“Was told I would receive the product on Tuesday... it’s now Saturday and I still don’t have it. I have a gas meter box without a door that’s been in the rain for the past three days. And you want me to review how well you did? If I could give 0 stars I would”

“Very good service from BES, who followed up on clarifying a partial address and shipped in good time and with accuracy. Less encouraging service from their courier, who left my parcel in the refuse bin outside my house rather than at the door!”
