“Normally I would review BES as Good or Very good. However, my last purchase via the online site was poor. I needed the item to be sent to a different address than my invoice address. Even though I changed the address ( the web site was also very clunky) the goods were delivered to the Invoice address.”

“I normally get my plumbing bits from Screwfix but they didn't have what I needed. An online search showed that BES did have the parts I needed. I placed an order online on Saturday, it was very easy and the parts arrived on the Monday! Good quality, good prices, fast delivery, good website, huge range of things in their catalogue. Will use them next time. Thanks.”
