“Very bad , ordered 5 valves, waited over a week after being told they might a slight delay, then told they would be a further 7 days delay . No good when your trying to run a business. Will never use again .”

“Parts ordered were delivered the next day. A quick, hassle free and pleasant phone call to BES, resulted a replacement being sent for a damaged item (fault of the manufacturer's inadequate packaging - not BES's!). Happy with parts delivered, service and communication, will use service again!”
