I am a gas engineer and ordered an item which was faulty, so i returned it. After almost a month still waiting for refund. Absolutely rubbish customer service.

Supposedly delivered on Friday but I've been checking for deliveries every day and it has not turned up. Presume it has been delivered to the wrong address as the delivery tracker says it has been delivered. I have checked with neighbours but they haven't received it, considering reordering from another supplier.

I still have not received my order which was despatched on 20/03/2020 and am unable to track it through UPS as they are not answering any calls or giving details on their website

Couldn't pay for my order because I was waiting to be contacted regarding international shipping costs. But this never happend so I am giving 1 star because there was no service to review!

I paid an increased delivery charge for Saturday delivery. My package arrived Tuesday thereafter. I understand in the current climate that delays can happen, but after asking for a refund on the delivery surcharge via your contact us page, I have been completely ignored for one whole week - unacceptable!

Dreadful business. Misleading sales pitch, tie you up into a 3 year contract with extortionate exit fees. Heavy handed, big business tactics, not at all flexible, the worst of the worst. Avoid at all cost. Never again.

Mr Harvey, We are very confused by your review. Given your comments we suspect you have muddled BES Utilities (Lancashire) with BES in Birmingham. We do NOT sell 3 year contracts with exit fees as we are not an energy provider but a merchant. Please note that these companies are completely separate organisations with similar names. We have checked our database and you do not appear as a customer of BES (Plumbing, heating and gas supplies) so we would appreciate it if you could remove your posted review as it's misleading for our customers. Hi. There were parts missing from the cistern. 1. Pin which held ball cock arm. 2.There was no overflow attachment for the overflow pipe. 3.Wrong handle lever arm (lever arm square hole to small for handle to fit into. I am no plumber,but if I did not have the old tank I was replacing I would have not been able to complete the job which would have left me in a fix. Obviously because of this I can only give negative feedback. I did not get in touch with company I just finished the job and left it at that. I would not use company again as it would be to risky to not have all the parts I would order and pay for.

From start to completion a good and comprehensive service. Detailed website shows related products for a project without being obtrusive on the webpage. Used many times for refurbishment and redevelopment projects but have not engaged with customer service : transactions are smooth.

Dear Customer, We have tried to contact you regarding your order for face masks. Due to the Corona virus there has been an unprecedented surge in demand for this item. order was incomplete. spoke to a supervisor on the phone who was very rude and condescending. they replaced 5 out of 7 mistakes but still had to source more parts for job. definitely not a quality company. would be better just shopping at screwfix

Mr Evered, Thank you for your feedback re. delivery Tuesday 21st January. It seems the small reducers you required were not in each of the seven boxes we supplied, which is very unusual. As per your conversations with BES employees on Friday 24th we arranged five replacements (delivered Saturday 25th Jan a.m) We cancelled the remaining two as we did not have the stock to meet your deadline. Our call was to advise you that the Pump Valve you ordered which was out of stock at point of ordering has been advised to us that stock is due in to us today. We made an order from BES which came damaged, after searching BES's website for contact details they only have a telephone number that rings out for ages and no other form of contact! After finally getting through to an apparent customer service representative I was advised that I could not make a complaint as it was outside their 3 day timescale and they could help me no further. The lady I spoke to Julia was very rude, advised me I could of contacted then via email... no email address on their website and only a no reply email address used for my receipt! The service is shocking, I would never buy from these crooks!
