“I ordered from here and was told I would revieve my order in 3-5 working days. I didnt recieve it so I called them and they said there was a problem with the packaging but they would send it in the next 3 working days. again I did not recieve it so I called again and was told they would get back to me which they didnt. I then called to cancel my order and ask for a full refund and they told me they will get back to me to discuss further without cancelling the order. Yet again no call so I had to call again and was told my order had been cancelled yet no money had been refunded. I said if they cancel my order I then need a full refund and I was told I would get it in 5 working days. waste of time, shop elsewhere.”

“parts perfect the only issue I had was delivery driver couldn't be bothered to knock so left a card when someone home for me to pickup later that day and when I spent £20 on next day before 1030 delivery wasn't happy as I had a job booked for late morning”

“Kamco pumps you are telling everyone they are 1.1kw no there not they are 550 Watts cost me a lot of money to prove this and you accept no responsibility”

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. As per your conversation with a member of our team we are unable to accept the return of 'used' products, as per our terms and conditions. Also for this product our web description clearly states "NOT suitable for standard half hard copper pipe" Apologies. BES

“Due to moving house to within a short distance from various Plumbers Merchants I hadn't used BES for about 10 years. Then I needed a specific item for a job and BES were one of the few companies stocking it that could deliver quickly. I ordered on Wednesday and it arrived next day, unfortunately damaged. I contacted customer services who were apologetic and very helpful and promised to check that the replacement item would be double checked and sent that day, I received the item foc next day in good condition, no quibble, no extra carriage. The members of staff I dealt with ( Jenny originally, and a gentlemen who's name I didn't catch and Eva who sorted the problem were excellent). Due to the service experienced and after checking their prices against Screwfix etc. I shall now use them again in future for my stock orders. Well done.”

“The people on helpline are great...and the prices...pity I have to talk to customer service so much because the website is prehistoric. I have trade friends who won't buy bes because of this”

“Excellent speed of delivery and a great price for the two pumps, also, getting it delivered to a UPS drop off point saves on postage cost, overall it was fantastic service and hopefully I'll not need to find out about the returns policy.”
