“Excellent service standards I incorrectly ordered a part and found the customer service to be superb. Smooth transition from ordering correct part to returning the incorrect one, with no repetition of details, etc. Not only was return postage free but the next day delivery of the correct part made it easy to get the job done. Thanks, excellent service!”

“the parts came on time and good packaging . However , i did request to not have the brochure sent . Its obvious I use the internet. Not only did i receive a brochure in the parcel another was sent . this is a waste of paper and printing ink both of which can be harmful to the enviroment .”

“The product arrived bent in collasped packaging which was also wet. I have to spend a lot of time trying to straighten it. Very disapointed.”

“Website, service and product were all fine, but the amount of packaging was ridiculous - a large box to deliver two screws and plugs. Turns out they'd lobbed in a thick catalogue and other bits of paper. No wonder I had to pay a fiver for delivery.”
