“Supposedly delivered on Friday but I've been checking for deliveries every day and it has not turned up. Presume it has been delivered to the wrong address as the delivery tracker says it has been delivered. I have checked with neighbours but they haven't received it, considering reordering from another supplier.”

“Great company and great service. What more can you ask for? I really wish that all my suppliers were this good at communication the delivery schedule because it means that I can carry on about my business fixing boilers, leaks etc and still collect my parcel from the UPS access point when I'm ready. Their website is easy to use and their prices are very competitive as well.”

“I previously used BES when I was a working Plumber Having retired some time ago I have not used them for some time but their service was good then and has not deteriorated in the intrim period. I would have no hesitation in using them again”
