As always BES deliver on time. Items are well packaged and always good valve. Range of items is more comprehensive than local plumbers merchants.

I can only presume that all the 5 star ratings are from customers new to BES as having been a loyal customer for over 11 years have been totally duped. As always with all my businesses, I have a look at other companies to compare rates and was quoted by my other suppliers more than half the rate quoted by BES. A field agent went into one of my shops and promised the manager that he would honour the prices quoted only to more than double them and as my employee docu-signed. Despite my complaints, BES will not do a thing and urge to look into thier past dealings with small businesses before signing. P.S the reason for 2 stars is that although not the cheapest stayed loyal and never before had an issue.

Ordered a few times with BES. First few orders went fine, then I received a few copper joints with dents and scratches which ruled them unusable. I have now placed an order midday Thursday and paid £6 on an order that was about £8. Its Friday afternoon and I have been told I won't receive the item till Monday and you refuse to refund all or part of the delivery fee. Unacceptable when you need the parts quickly and you charge £6 delivery.

Please note that the majority of deliveries do arrive 'next day' but we never guarantee next day delivery. Our delivery charge is £4.95 plus VAT and it is FREE for all orders over £50. I ordered the End Cap online, within an hour of their opening time I was able to collect it from their warehouse as I live Local to it.

Very unimpressed - they use a useless courier service - UPS - which impacts on them as a company - next working day items which still haven't been delivered 2 days later and might get it tomorrow - who knows! But it was needed the next working day! Also apparently you can't raise a complaint with BES because the customer services department doesn't have a complaint policy! And even when you say it is a complaint and and you want it escalated to a Manager they still ignore the fact it is a complaint and that you aren't happy and just reiterate what you already know - you might get it sometime in the future when the UPS man hasn't got so many deliveries that he might not just say he couldn't find your house (which is on the main A road!!) and go home, didn't think to call or google map it. I'll be leaving the same review with UPS.

Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your goods have been delayed slightly. Thankfully these occurrences are rare, which is why BES use UPS, a globally recognised courier. We meet regularly with UPS to assess their service levels. Please note it is simply not true "that you can't raise a complaint with BES because the customer services department doesn't have a complaint policy!" BES actually have a dedicated customer services team that assist with all manner of service related instances to make our service standards as high as possible.. Appalling misuse of customer data - received an invoice for equipment I hadn't ordered - invoiced to an address which was 5 years out of date - but linked to where I used to live 12 years ago! Dismissive Customer Service - "it's an IT problem" BE CAREFUL IF YOU USE THEM

Ordered as Alpheton Hall Barns - Wedding Venue - I don't do reviews generally unless they are really bad or really good - this is a really good company! Had an issue, with a drunk person ripping off all the stainless steel pipework to the urinals with another wedding imminent and suffering from Covid, I could not find anywhere that could provide replacement pipe before the next wedding. Eventually found BES Ltd who were able to able to supply the raw pipe at very small fraction (about 15%) of the cost of the ready made up pipework with free delivery next day. In the vent the delivery was delayed a day and they chased it up and it arrived before noon the next day. Sadly the package was damaged (Tufnells delivery) (pipe ok) but they rang to check I had received delivery and on advising a small part was missing from the package they got this to me before 8am this morning. (UPS delivery)- Well done BES Ltd on amazing service so rare nowadays and well worthy of comment!
