“Website ordering is broken, edit or remove an item from the basket and it randomly clears the entire basket. Try and login and I just get "your recaptcha reputation is to low".”

Also given you highlight your low reCAPTCHA score with Google, our advice would be to recommend that you contact Google to investigate ways to reset your low reCAPTCHA score. “Very poor service. I ordered a thermal camera at a cost of over £700 for next day delivery. It turns out they didn’t have it in stock and so I missed my appointment with my client to use the camera and then when I asked for a refund it took them 8 days to return the money meaning I couldn’t buy another one from somewhere else. Really poor service.”
