“Having ordered 4 items across a range of 3 products only 2 items were in stock. I was surprised to receive those 2 items the next day and a further item 2 days later, with one item yet to arrive. A simple message or phone call would have ascertained whether I could wait until all four items were in stock. This would have reduced deliveries from 3 to 1 and saved costs and cardboard for you. I applaud your desire to achieve next day delivery at all cost but some flexibility would save money with one phone call or even an in stock substitute.”

Hi Phil, Thank you for your feedback. We were very pleased that you received your order quickly and in full. Regarding your split deliveries, of course BES will always try and deliver in the most efficient manner. However, during current global conditions this is not always possible due to supply chain volatility. Product deliveries from some suppliers change daily. On rare occasions there are drifting delays from some suppliers due to product shortages and so we do not wish to delay the delivery of the items we have in stock. However, we take on board your comments. Please note that you were not charged for your extra deliveries. BES take packaging and the environment very seriously which is why we operate and comply with certification to bsi ISO 14001 environmental management. Regards, BES

“Ordered my part for next working day delivery, and paid extra for it to be delivered before 2pm, this was last Saturday. It is Friday and it still not here!! Went to another dealer and got the item next day!! When I called up to track this item the customer service agent said that it was UPS fault due to Black Friday and Christmas!”

Thank you for your feedback Mr Petty. Sincere apologies but our courier notified us that they lost your parcel (this is very rare) and an investigation is ongoing. If the parcel is found please return to BES. Of course a full refund will be issued to you. Please note that your parcel was due for delivery Tuesday 30th November as per your original order confirmation and not Saturday as you state (plus we don't provide timed deliveries on Saturdays) We are very sorry for the inconvenience caused.
