“I received the gas cabinet within two days, but unfortunately it was a broken one. I called your company and was told a new one would be delivered by ups and an invoice would be raised, but no charge on it. I have however received an invoice with a credit for the broken door instead and no replacement door!!”

“As I live close enough to collect from warehouse no one compares to ease of ordering on my phone and collecting an hour later. Always have commercial plumbing fittings I require in stock (up to 54mm in Xpress).”

“Only on receipt of the end caps I had ordered did I realise why the delivery charge was so high. A bulky and heavy catalogue, which I am unlikely to ever use in future, was included and the delivery was made by a courier (in this case a small package by Royal Mail would have been enough). Perhaps receiving the catalogue could be made optional. I was also not impressed to receive the goods wrapped in TWO plastic bags.”
