Many thanks for your message. We have called to speak to you today but unfortunately was unable too. Our call was to advise you that the Pump Valve you ordered which was out of stock at point of ordering has been advised to us that stock is due in to us today. “Looked online for a water pipe for my pressure washer install and BES came up trumps. They had exactly the pipe I needed which I could not find at any of the usual places, it was good quality and so cheap that even with the £4.95 next day delivery it was still a bargain. Will definitely use again. Well done BES.”

“Ordered part online through BES early afternoon on 23rd Dec so was pretty sceptical about it arriving the following day with it being so close to Christmas. I was very pleased to hear the knock on the door the next day around 9am, and low and behold, there was my boiler part in the hands of a smiling courier! Fitted and working by lunchtime I.e. in less than 24 hours.”
