“On Friday I ordered some ducting for my kitchen re fit. Unfortunately the outside cowl vent had the damper flap missing. After a quick phonecall, with sincere apologies given, all was sorted and another vent rolled up on Saturday. This is the best customer service I've ever experienced. You'll certainly be recommended by me. Many thanks.”

“The company have a impressive range of products and the delivery is super fast. However, if you only want something costing 50 pence with no urgency , The delivery cost is still £4.95 plus vat. A shame really , I will look elsewhere until such time as I need other items to make thedelivery charge worth while.”

After consulting our customers the overwhelming response was that they needed tracking on their deliveries with excellent communications throughout the delivery process. We achieve this using carriers that are experts in their field and of course that service incurs a cost. Please note that we provide FREE delivery for ALL orders over £50. “Can’t buy directly from counter, so I had to go online, website slow..I had to register..some how I ended up with extra item it wouldn’t let me take it off. because the site has become even slow. still can’t buy..because web site crashed just as I was about to pay. I started over again And did the same long process from the start and it crashed again.. Lady on counter had to call them up..eventually I got the item after about 40mins..”

“We often use bes and have never, touch wood, had any issues. Delivery is quick and ordering is simple. Today, I placed an order and forgot a couple of items, I phoned bes and spoke to a lovely, supportive lady called Tracy, who has very kindly added the items to my order. “Order should have been 3-7 days now gone up to 10-14 days resulting in a massive convenience moving jobs and resulting in jobs lost! Product also went down 19% just after I ordered. Customer service was no help at all. I have issued my contact details and comments so I expect this to be resolved somehow.”
