“The product was excellent when it arrived and would have awarded 5 stars had it not been for the very poor service from the third party delivery service UPS. They claimed to have tried to deliver several times and said that nobody was available to take delivery or refused delivery. we have 24/7 security on site who had been tod to expect the delivery.... which never turned up! I had to rebook a delivery with UPS which arrived today after me complaining bitterly to them as I had been waiting for the parts to complete some development testing.”

“Unbelievable, I needed a gas regulator to replace a failed one fitted to a camper. Ordered and delivered in less than 24 hours, very reasonable price for unit and postage. Excellent 100% recommended.”

“recently purchased a new cistern. Went to fit it to find it wouldn't fit (inlet and outlet pipes further apart than the holes). Phoned up for some advice and the person I spoke to couldn't have been more helpful. Also great price and cistern arrived next day after ordering”
