“Hi BES service is great but the delivery is appalling! I ordered jointing compound on Thursday 28th November well before the 7pm for next working day delivery! My product arrived on Tuesday 3rd at 7pm! You pay £4.95 for next working day but to me getting the product the following Tuesday is unacceptable. Regards David”

Many thanks for your message. We tried to call you but was unable to speak with you. As your order was placed on the Saturday the order does not leave us until Monday. We can see your goods were delivered on the Tuesday and your pre 10.30 carriage charge has being refunded as it was delivered at 11.05. Best wishes. BES.
