“service from bes was good although the fan that i had ordered took longer to arrive than it was supposed to. however the fan was in a poor state, there was excess flash on the louvers which needed trimming of to work correctly the louverer return spring was incorrectly placed and the return spring fitted to the actuator was too long stopping the actuator from working,”

“What can you say about a washing machine hose. It's a hose! Pushy on delivery. I didn't need next day delivery and I didn't want to pay for it but that's what you get with no options”
