“I placed an order but wasn’t sent a notification that my order had been sent to my local pick up point. There were a few fittings missing. I rang to enquire and was told they weren’t in stock, I hadn’t been made aware of this earlier. Also, the leak detection fluid had spilt in the packaging so I now only have half a bottle of LDF. My experience in the pass has been good but this was disappointing.”

Also please note our customers service dept. can/will arrange a free of charge replacement for your damaged LDF if they have n't done so already. Apologies once again for any inconvenience. “First time I had ordered from BES and due to paying by PayPal my order wasn’t dispatched as promised (email validation was sat in my junk mail) I needed the order urgently for a customer so they made me pay £5 to post out next day! As I hadn’t received the order due to their policies I thought they should have wavered the extra charge. Won’t order from again due to this.”

“Order placed online and delivered next day. The online catalogue made finding the required item easy. The price of the required item was competitive compared to other suppliers locally. The quality was excellent and a direct replacement for a worn-out item. I have used BES. in the past and will continue to do so as their service has always met my requirements exactly. Would recommend BES to others.”

“I had a very good service from BES. Very competitive price and well packaged. Unfortunately I had a problem with delivery. I qualified for free next day delivery but waited at home for two days for the item to be delivered.I think it was a problem with the courier but was not very happy sitting at home waiting an extra 24 hours waiting for the item to be delivered.”
