“Quick service BUT poor product quality. I bought several different end feed fittings- they are all larger than the size specified. They fit very loose on the pipes / fittings, leaving a large gap between them and therefore consume large amounts of solder!!! Have bought various end feed fittings from other companies but never had this issue before.”

“As usual, delivery was very prompt and items as expected, well priced and of good quality. Delivery costs are quite high but acceptable for fast delivery. It would be good to have the option of a lower delivery fee if the customer requires less urgent delivery.”

“Just a pipe cover and some clips, but the order received great attention with its progress apparent throughout. Delivery was quick, and I debated why tour DIY stores ineffectively when this excellent service had things I failed to find locally. I will keep BES details handy.”

“Paid £4 to get it delivered on a Saturday. Planned the job in with my customer for the Monday. Received a text to say it would be delivered Saturday. Waited in all day. Found a card on Monday afternoon saying they tried to deliver although I left instructions to put the parcel in the back garden. Unhappy customer. Product was fine though.”
