Overall, the service from ordering/delivery was very efficient and prompt. The item in question was more delicate than I was looking for so contacted Berry's to arrange return. Tot would appear that the email giving me details of how to return was forgotten about and I had to follow up. Once that was sorted, everything went fine.

I was disappointed that the bracelet on my watch had not been adjusted as requested. Otherwise I am very pleased.

Very good service. Bought a watch on line that arrived the next day. Only issue we have had is that it was not sized to 15cm as requested. This means my wife. Could not wear the present until our return from holiday , which is disappointing.

The service was prompt and delivery was excellent. With making such a high cost purchase it would have been good to discuss my watch. The post sale process felt rushed and the staff member I was dealing with didn’t share the same enthusiasm as I did for my purchase.

Increased rating as pleased with how Berry’s have sorted this out for me. The watch was a stock item. They said the battery was working on despatch but not sure how long been in stock so I have just been unlucky. They are picking up the watch and ordered me a new one. I can’t see what else they could have done so happy they have done what they could . I received this for my 60th birthday. It was given to me on Sunday at the party. Unfortunately the watch does not work. We paint a lot of time downloading manuals wondering if we had to do something to reset it. I phoned today and have been told it’s probably faulty and I have to arrange to return it. I am quite upset and just didn’t expect this. What a let down

ordering a watch on the website would be easier if the button to choose bracelet size was described more clearly ,otherwise a prompt service and the parcel was beautifully presented.

Purchased a Cartier watch online for home delivery then take to store for fitting. When taking into store (York) I had hope for more of an experience for my wife who the watch was a gift for. I used Berrys instead of Goldsmiths as hope for a personalised experience. Sadly I had better service in the Omega store in Meadowhall

Was let down by Watchfinder after taking my deposit for 3 weeks and 2 days before requiring the watch was let down . Berry’s was the go to Cartier dealer and as promised watch was with me before 11am the next day. So glad I opted for a new model and found Berry’s ( 10/10 and will use again )

Online purchase of an expensive watch, in the end it went well, however I was told that the watch was in stock when I ordered it, and 1 day later was told it was out of stock. Then they could not gurantee that the watch would be back in stock before my wifes birthday. Luckily new stock arrived before the birthday of my wife. Packaging and delivery was good in the end, so no complaints there. I would use them again, but I suspect they are not 100% honest with their stock levels.
