Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“We received my husband’s watch winder. It was in excellent condition and beautifully packed. We are very pleased. The other items are currently still held up in customs and the ring is still being sized. We are very pleased with Berry’s.”

“I had a brilliant experience buying an expensive dive watch. The sales staff were brilliant. We mainly dealt with Nick, and he pitched it just right: helping us understand the special features of the contender watches with out making us feel pressured into the most expensive purchase. We will definitely use Berry again.”

“My beautiful watch arrived on time and in perfect condition. I had a couple of queries and used phoned them. They answered within 5 rings on all occassions and could not have been more helpful. I will definitely use them again.”

“I purchased a watch today after doing lots of research previously. I also had called in to Berry’s 3 weeks ago and tried the watches and talked with Lee about different ones etc. Lee was very helpful and knowledgeable and no pressure selling just straight forward guidance. That’s why I went back to buy it at Berry’s from Lee. Thank you”

“Ordered Pearl necklace for daughters 21st. It was as beautiful as we expected and the service and packing etc could not be faulted. We also received a lovely free gift jewellery box . Would definitely recommend and use again .”

“Often those hours of investigating your object of desire online are quickly deflated by poor customer service. I’m happy to report after the purchase of two watches from two different Berry’s outlets York & Leeds, customer service excels with this family run chain. Staff are real enthusiasts keen to invoke informed discussions about their watches, going the extra mile to ensure your purchase meets your expectations with honest advice in a non pressurised environment. Shout out to Josh in Leeds where I recently purchased a wonderful JLC Polaris Chronograph and not forgetting Michael (the tall one!) in York whom I regularly now drop in to see when in York to chat watches and await that call for an Overseas Michael 😉. For Watches and Jewellery Berry’s get a 10 for customer service and purchasing experience, drop in and meet the staff next time you get the itch.”

“I bought my wife a Cartier watch for her 50th birthday . I turned up exactly when they said . Unfortunately my wife preffered a different style watch and Berry's replaced the watch in record time and my wife is a very happy lady 🙏🙏 Thanks Berry's”

“Terrific experience shopping with Berry’s. Purchased a smashing watch online. Brilliantly assisted by Lindsay who made the experience feel very personal, she was terrific. The watch arrived as promised & beautifully gift wrapped. My free gift was also dispatched early as I was happy with my purchase. I made this purchase in December when things must have been hectic- but the service & product were absolutely first class. Overall completely delighted with everything. My first purchase from this company- but now my first choice for anything jewellery related.”
