Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

“This is not the first time that I have purchased items in the Newcastle store and it certainly won't be the last! Both Lee and Nick were absolutely superb (again) and they went well over and above both my expectation and that of my wife. I have been a customer at many similar stores but none are better than Berrys in Newcastle. The staff in this store always have time and patience to discuss then explore your requirements and then find the best option for you. Both items that we picked up today (a Panerai watch and a Chopard ring) were not in stock originally but that wasn’t a problem for Lee. I can’t recommend this store enough ….”

“I live in Swansea, South Wales and purchased a watch online from Berry's Jeweller's in Leeds. Louise who dealt with the purchase was absolutely fabulous. She went over and above to make the transaction easy. Always on hand to answer any queries and purchase was dispatched next day delivery and on time. I can't recommend Berry's and Louise highly enough.”

“After being let down by another major jewellers, we made our first visit to the Newcastle store, and the difference was amazing. All the staff were exceptionally helpful, both in helping me select from the in-store range, and ordering in stock from another branch. Particular mention to Gemma who was most patient as I wrestled with the difficulty I was having fastening the watch - my fault, not the watch’s. I’ve now made further purchases and I can’t recommend them highly enough both for their customer service and product range. It will be my go to jewellers henceforth.”

“Excellent service. Delivered next day. I bought a tissot watch for my son’s birthday. It was beautifully wrapped. We could choose the wrist size and the spare links came in the box. I would definitely use again”

“This was my first time buying from Berry's, and I have been very pleased with the experience. Firstly, I found the price of the watch I bought to be very competitive. Secondly, they included free adjustment of the watch bracelet size. And finally, they said that if I had any issues, or needed further adjustments to the bracelet, I could just take it to my nearest Berry's branch to be dealt with at no cost. This is a great mix of Internet and branch-based customer service, and gave me the confidence to go ahead with the purchase. The watch arrived very quickly. We are quite fussy, and found a very slight flaw in the bracelet, and Berry's dealt with it swiftly, painlessly and always in a friendly and professional manner. I will have no hesitation shopping with them again.”
