Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“I have been very happy with the customer service from Lindsay and Zoe from the on line department, Lindsay has had had photos sent to me with some one wearing the items I wanted, as I live abroad So this has helped a lot”

“Bought a watch from Berrys Newcastle this week, and was so impressed with the whole service and experience. I initially was helped to view a number of watches by Nick, who was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the selection. Lee as ever was a pleasure to deal with as he carried out the actual transaction once I had decided which one suited me best. I could not have experienced any better service as they made me feel comfortable but special. I would advise anyone thinking about visiting a jewellers to go to Berry's!! Thanks again to Lee and Nick.”

“I ordered the watch on a Friday afternoon and received the order next day before 7.30am on Saturday morning. Overall the help given to me by the sales staff at Berry's was exceptional. Thank you Berry's Jewellers.”

“I’ve just purchased some beautiful items from two of Berry’s jewellery shops in York. Some of the items were entirely purchased over the phone and internet, while others related to an in-shop enquiry. My experience was brilliant with everything, being advised and guided by knowledgeable and experienced staff, with care and attention to detail at all stages. “I contacted Berry over the web service chat on a weekend looking for support to purchase a last minute gift. I was supported by Lindsay whom personally saw to ensuring that I experienced the best of Berrys service. She answered all of questions directly and followed up by email, very promptly, with the details she didn't know to hand. Lindsay personally ensured that the special delivery options were clearly marked on the order and followed first thing on the Monday morning. The gift wrap service was a great special extra and Lindsay's attention to the delivery and added details made the quality of the experience I had with Berry Jewelers. I absolutely would purchase from Berry again. Thanks so much.”
