Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“Bought a Gucci bracelet for my daughter’s birthday which was too big when she tried it on, I contacted berry’s who were very quick to help me with this. I sent the bracelet back they then sent a shorter one out to me, all this was within a week. Brilliant efficient service I highly recommend. Many thank berry’s”

“Berry's in Newcastle reminds you that customer service and customer care do still exist. I bought a Breitling watch from this store in 2010. I returned 13 years later to purchase a Longines watch for my partner. He was delighted - that's because the manager Lee Davis has years of experience and knew exactly what he'd want. From purchase, right through to servicing and repair, I've always felt like a valued customer. It's a genuine retail experience. When you're investing in something precious, isn't that the point?”

“I've been looking to buy an Omega watch for some time and saw the one that I wanted at Berry's. I don't live local so had to rely on ordering it to be delivered, which I was a little nervous about. There was no need to worry, the service, packaging and delivery were fantastic and I would definitely buy from them again.”

“Engagement Ring purchase - I’m not sure where to start with this review because every single interaction with Berry’s and in particular Lindsay from the Leeds store exceeded my expectations. For such a life changing and high value purchase, you really don’t want to get it wrong and I’m so grateful for the way Lindsay took me through the process end to end to make sure I found the perfect engagement ring! Another nice but really valued touch is that the service doesn’t stop once you’ve parted with your money (and in truth it never ever feels like a hard sell), the Berry’s team continue make sure you’re sorted on valuation, insurance, and aftercare etc. A real 5 star review from me! Thank you Lindsay and team.”

“1st Class Service - Do Not Hesitate to Buy Recently bought a new Tudor Pelagos 39 from Berrys. I dealt with Stephen throughout who initially placed me on the waitlist and was very open and transparent about the timings and expectations whilst waiting. I am based abroad, so completed everything over email or WhatsApp without any issue. Stephen was a commensurate professional and a credit to the company. Would have no hesitation in buying again from Berry's and Stephen in particular.”
