Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“I contacted Berry over the web service chat on a weekend looking for support to purchase a last minute gift. I was supported by Lindsay whom personally saw to ensuring that I experienced the best of Berrys service. She answered all of questions directly and followed up by email, very promptly, with the details she didn't know to hand. Lindsay personally ensured that the special delivery options were clearly marked on the order and followed first thing on the Monday morning. The gift wrap service was a great special extra and Lindsay's attention to the delivery and added details made the quality of the experience I had with Berry Jewelers. I absolutely would purchase from Berry again. Thanks so much.”

“Berrys were fantastic, specifically Lee, in helping us source a 40th birthday present for me. Lee has been a constant professional for many years and helped source multiple watches for the wider family. I was torn between two IWC Portugieser models and the teams solid advice helped me choose. The speed at which the watch was sourced from IWC HQ was impressive and the team made the collection a very special experience indeed. Thank you to the team for a first class service!”

“We came in to Berry's yesterday (Sunday) the shop was only going to be open for an hour or so. I planned to purchase a special gift for a milestone birthday and had a good idea of what I wanted. We were looked after by Stacey who was nothing short of amazing - talk about going the extra mile! Not only did I leave with my heart stopping Cartier watch (fully fitted to suit) but she also booked lunch for us at a local restaurant for myself, Son and daughter in law. We would not hesitate to come back to Berry's - a special gift and a very special experience - thank you again Stacey !!”

“It has been said many times before, but it is worth reiterating - Berry's really is a "specialist jeweller". The whole experience is wonderful and the sales team is what makes the experience more memorable. Sure, there are other jewellers in Newcastle - so I have been told - but why go anywhere else when you can buy top brands and enjoy parting with substantial amounts of money? There are members of the sales team that I have grown up with and regard as extended members of my family. Take, for example, David and Lee. True professionals and always a pleasure with which to engage. Over the years, they have "looked after me" and ensured that the particular product - usually watches - is available and, more importantly suitable to my needs. I once read that the art of salesmanship is to sell something to somone that they don't need! That would never happen here! They really do carefully consider the customer and they look after ones interests, which is why one always comes back, There are, of course, other members of the team and they also deserve mention, Will, Tina and Gemma have contributed to my experiences over many years and have again, always provided the best customer service. Mention should be made the "newbys" Ellie and Nick who have now become trusted members of the team. There is a saying that perfection is in short supply - look no further than Berry's to dispel that notion.”

“Just collected a Cartier watch I ordered a few weeks ago from The Newcastle shop. I ordered the watch with Ellie who was very knowledgeable about the product and kept in touch until the watch and separate strap I had chosen were in stock. Ellie was very professional and helpful and made the collection process very special for me. Excellent customer service . Thank you so much.”

“I have bought watches and Jewellery for over 40 years. initially from Leeds and now from York, the standard of service is excellent they try their best to get you what you want. Jack and Chelsey are always on the ball and make the buying experiance a pleasure. I suppose Lee must take some of the credit for leading the team but these 2 are my go to contacts., thanks again guys its a pleasure doing business with you.”

“I had a Raymond Weil watch which is my mum's watch. It was broken, and she has dementia, is in a care home and no idea how she broke the metal bracelet, but the watch is important to her. 95% of my jewelery came from Berrys in Hull, and as I was in Newcastle yesterday I went in to ask if they could help or suggest what to do. Lee Davis served me and he gave me the best customer service I think I've had in a long time. He suggested writing to the manufacturer, then just asked if the watch was loose on mum's wrist. It's very loose - so he suggested something, I agreed, he took it away, took a pin out of one of the existing links and used it to repair the bracelet. He also noticed the time was wrong and that some of the crystals were loose, which might have been stopping the hands moving. But, just in case, he popped a battery in, brought the tiny crystals back, the link and put it all in a black fabric bag for me. I had my purse out ready to pay, but he would not take a penny. Just said he was passing on kindness. It was at that point I had tears. What a kind man. It just reinforced everything I feel about Berrys. Lee Davis, you are a complete, absolute embodiment of good customer service and a kind hearted person. Being able to wear her watch again will mean worlds to my mum. Thank you.”
