Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“The online team and Lindsay in particular were great to deal with. Very responsive and helpful, even taking pictures of the item being worn so I could better see how it looked on as it's not always easy to get an accurate impression online. Great communication via phone and email and the necklace arrived the day after I'd ordered it and is beautiful - 5 star service!”

“I received excellent customer service using the Live Chat function on the website when enquiring about the watch I wanted to buy. The online purchase was straight forward and once completed used the live chat again to arrange a specific delivery date/time. The watch arrived on time on the day chosen. Perfect! I will definitely buy from Berry's again in the future.”

“What a lovely welcome we had at Berry’s, 1 Stonegate, York to try on a selection of Diamond Wedding rings ordered in for us. We were greeted by Holly who immediately made us feel welcome and relaxed. She was obviously well versed with the technicalities of diamonds when we asked for specific details. The whole experience was pure pleasure made all the better when served a glass of Champagne!!! Alison & Andy”

“Superb customer service and Danny couldn’t be more helpful. I ended up by buying the new IWC 41mm Pilot through him delivered within 24 hours! Very fortunate that he answered my phone call and confirmed he had a new Pilot 41 just arrived-which are very difficult to source!”

“I was very sceptical about online purchase for luxury jewellery and watches, as I would feel less attention would be given to customer service. However, pandemic pushed me to give such service w try and I’m glad I was well looked after by your team! Still if I had an option, I’d rather to buy my lovely watch in your store!”

“Recently got myself a lovely watch from the Berry's store in York. Been going around different authorised dealers for a while now and was blown away by Michael's customer service/knowledge. So much so that we kept his name card and came back a year later to celebrate a big moment with the team. Cannot recommend this store enough!”

“After dismissive service at Goldsmiths and a fruitless search for an advertised Watches of Switzerland shop in Reading which didn't exist we went to Berrys in Windsor where the service was excellent the afformentioned chains could learn some valuable lessons from Berrys.”
