Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

“I decided to try Berry's in Nottingham first for my watch purchase because they are independent. The young Chinese sales man (recently immigrated from Hong Kong with his family - good for them) was very knowledgable and friendly. The other staff members were lovely people too, so naturally it was not difficult to close a deal without shopping around. I'm delighted my instinct was correct. Highly recommended for friendly top-quality service!”

“I’ve contacted Berry’s through their online store a few times to enquire about products that I’ve seen on their website and have always had the pleasure of being assisted by Zoe. Zoe is so patient and accommodating, even though I have yet to make a purchase. Believe me, I’m not an easy customer - I always need photos and videos and questions answered as unfortunately I don’t live near a store to go into, however Zoe never makes it feel like any of my requests are too much. An asset to the company, thank you Zoe!”

“Rang up the Newcastle store on the morning to ask if they had a watch I was after in stock. They did and was told it was the last one. They kindly held it aside for me to collect and by 4pm I was the happy owner. Can’t thank Lee and Nick enough. First class service from them both, made to feel comfortable the second I walked in. Look forward to adding more to the collection from them!”

“My online shopping experience was amazing .I was made to feel very special purchasing my messika piece of jewellery which had to be ordered . Lindsay made the whole experience seamless keeping me up to date ,she was so professional no sales pressure and was amazing at her job . Berry’s is competitive on price and We’re very accommodating to exchange if size I ordered didn’t fit which gave me piece of Mind . Thank you I definitely will be using again . Top Quality”

“I purchased my second Panerai from Berry’s having been pleased with the service during the purchase of the first one. My new Panerai arrived and upon opening the box the watch was covered in finger prints, had a couple of minor scratches and the tags were cut and upon closer inspection it was clear that my new watch was an ex display model and not brand new. I was disappointed and contacted Berrys who advised me to bring it into store for an exchange. This wasn’t ideal as Leeds is 65 miles from where I live but due to the value of the watch I drove to Leeds and exchanged it for a brand new one with all the stickers intact. The watch is great however ineas disappointed to have been given an ex display model.”

“A 'First Class' service from Berry's when recently shopping for a Jager LeCoultre Reverso. In Lindsay, (via telephone & emails) I received a personal assistant who at all times was professional, helpful with great communications. To summarise my first shopping experience with Berry's Jewellers - "this is how it should be done".”

“I’ve been a watch collector for many years. I have purchased watches from many dealers but I have to say that I haven’t had a better experience anywhere at anytime. I’ve been going in and out of this particular shop for a couple of years now just for a chat about watches with Lee and have always been treated like someone who has spent fortunes in there even though I hadn’t actually bought anything. Lee even remembered both my name and that of my wife. I finally ordered two watches (a Panerai for me and a Cartier for my wife) 3 or 4 months ago that were not in stock. On our return from our holiday this week Lee contacted us to say the watches were in. We went in yesterday (27/10/22) to pick them up. Lee was brilliant as usual. He gave us as much time as we needed including a coffee. He went through the process of showing us how the watches worked went through the paperwork and did all the fitting stuff as my wife’s watch needed sizing. In the background Ellie did all the admin work and helped with some of sales process as well helping my wife with activating her extended warranty with Cartier there and then which is what Lee did with me. If you’re looking for a high levels of friendly and respectful service when you buy watches or jewellery then you won’t be disappointed by going into this shop whether you spend nothing or a lot. It’s apparent to me that “just looking” even for a couple of years can turn into business for the staff in Berrys Newcastle. Great shop, great location, personal service with a smile and full respect and great products!!”

“Cartier de Santos - I dropped into the Berrys Victoria Quarter store a couple of weeks ago to enquire about a Cartier Santos watch which was on their website. The watch wasn’t available at the store so the sales consultant, Lewis, took my details and within the week it had been delivered to the store for me to try on. I was dealt by the store manager, Joanna, who made the whole experience of buying a luxury gift an absolute pleasure. The customer service provided to me by Joanna, Lewis and Rod, was excellent from start to finish, all a great credit to the Berrys brand. I can’t recommend Berrys highly enough!”
