Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

If you are looking for a unique piece of jewellery, why not try our jewellery design service? Our in-house designers can work with an existing piece of jewellery to make a brand new style or create something totally unique from scratch to your own individual specification.

As well as our repairs, cleaning and restorative services we can also help you with valuations and gemological appraisal as part of our comprehensive range of jewellery and watch services.

“A few months ago I purchased a high-end watch from Tim at Berry's in Windsor - sadly, not long after it developed some faults and was returned to the manufacturer for service & repair - when it came back the watch had been repaired but was working nowhere near the standard that I would have expected from such a prestigious brand. Tim (and the branch manager) both agreed and they went above and beyond to arrange for an exchange so that I came away today with a purchase I was pleased with. Such excellent service is rare these days and worthy of highlighting. Thank you Tim for your support, understanding and good humour 😄 while sorting this out.”

“I recently bought a watch from berry’s , I dealt with Danny whose assistance was great . The watch arrived by courier on time , securely packaged, very happy with the watch and service I experienced. I was entitled to a watch winder with my purchase , it was damaged in the post , I informed Danny and he has promptly sent out a replacement no problem. I would use berry’s again.”

“Overall a disappointing experience. My wife bought me a Brietling Superocean watch for a significant birthday. At the start we felt a bit pressured to spend more money than we had budgeted. When we finally decided on our watch, the rubber strap was cut "to size" even though I questioned this at the time. Indeed the strap was too tight so a replacement component was required. I went to get this fitted and it turned out to be the wrong strap. Only today have I got the right strap and the right fit. All of this has caused inconvenience with additional trips required. The service has been very hit and miss, at best helpful and friendly, at worst staff have come across as disinterested and not always offered a drink on arrival, which considering the amount spent shouldn't be too much to ask. It has been quite a negative experience, in hindsight we would have gone elsewhere.”

We are sorry you had to decide on a different watch for your birthday, as we couldn’t get the strap in time for you, we inadvertently fitted the incorrect strap on the alternative watch you had chosen and we sincerely apologise for this error. We pride ourselves on our customer service, so we do hope that our gesture of doing the repair you had with us free of charge went some way towards an apology. Thank you for your patience whilst we ordered and adjusted the correct strap for you. Apologies again for not meeting our usual high standards on this occasion.
