Berry's has been a family run jewellers for over 125 years. During this time it has opened boutiques in Leeds, Newcastle, Nottingham, Hull, York & Windsor. We sell the finest diamond jewellery and luxury watches.

“Absolutely appalling, I left the Albion store in tears and distress. This was nearly two week ago and I’m still suffering anxiety, migraines and stress. I have never been made to feel so worthless in my life.”

“Watch largely fine, no plastic coverings at all plus a small ding on the bezel at 50mins. Wiped with clean sterile clean cloth and debris removed revealing very faint 2-3mm mark - not noticeable in EDC use but overall suggestive of this being a return or ex display model. Mistakenly assumed it came with watch winder & advised later that it doesn’t as item reduced which is fine, my error. When I replied accepting that but saying it’s still a shame for a purchase of that value, asst manager defaulted to “it’s in the t&cs” which I wasn’t disputing. Said if I make my next/Pelagos purchase with Berrys he’d send me 2 wonders as “act of good faith”. A further £4k to get 2 promo items that are bulk buy for ADs isn’t really an act of good faith or an incentive. Regardless of value or brand or discount, there are better customer experiences to be had out there that are more deserving of our money & brand loyalty. Watch is great - but that’s down to Tudor.”

“Jessica Fox the online jewellery specialist is absolutely amazing. And really cares for the 1-1 customer service. I’ve been trying to find this Gucci ring in my size but it’s been out of stock everywhere and not being restocked. When I contacted Berry Jewellers, Jess went beyond and above and actually contacted Gucci and asked if they still have any rings available in my size. Where other companies gave me a straight no, Jess actually contacted them and ordered it in for me. She’s now especially sent it over tracked and signed delivered for next day, and I’m expecting it tomorrow! I’m so beyond happy and cannot rate this customer service enough! If I could give Jess more then 5* I would. Very very happy. Thank you so much again.”

“I have used Berrys previously for advice and information at a local location so was comfortable making a purchase online. Berrys had the right watch at the right time and price i was looking for, online ordering and payment was a breeze,I had my Omega the next working day. Free gift was despatched at the usual 2 weeks after purchase date and received, again, next working day. Great, smooth experience, I would easily purchase again! Seamless, painless purchase with nice follow up email and a personal touch”

“First class service again! I have been a customer at the Newcastle Berry’s shop for over 20 years and have bought numerous watches and other jewellery. I put my name down for one of the green Omega Diver 300 watches last year, knowing I wasn’t top of the list. Nick gave me a call recently, to say they had one in stock on a green rubber strap, just what I was after. I wanted to check out the colour so I went in and viewed the watch with Lee and I purchased it on the spot. Their attention to detail and customer service can’t be beaten. I would definitely recommend Berry’s and I’ll be back again soon!”
