“Great products which are well made & useful for our ministry, study, meetings etc. My only criticism is that when you confirm an order or items sent you only use ref numbers for the items rather than words….this can be extremely confusing & quite annoying especially trying to keep track of items that are on a waiting list or not yet available.”

“Very happy about the products, I would like more easyer way to lodge an order. Put in basket, return to shopping, add to basket and so on. I have problem with the password. I had one but appeares that is not accepted anymore. And is very hard to close the order. I buy on EBay other products, but with Bennett Cards, is the hardest. The system should be more flexible, plain English. Warm regards, John Bogdan”

“Service good and I appreciate the product. However, I have an area of concern, I have unsubscribed from your organisation, and have still received a comunication from yourselves like this one. “The merchandise is excellent, and prompt postage, however in all the years I have been purchasing from you, I have NEVER been able to log in. It will always say 'not known'. I do eventually be able to buy, but very annoying. If I could buy elsewhere, I would.”

Dear Anita, thank you for your review. I have checked back on our logs and messages and can see in the past we have received messages enquiring why you are unable to log in. We have replied back offering to troubleshoot this over the phone or chat and have emailed with some suggestions, however we have not received a response so maybe you have not received the suggestion. “Some nice items some a bit pricey for what it is. Would be good to have a personalisation for some items like where you could choose a bible verse or bible reference for engraving. Shipping charges quite high especially if needing to buy just one item. However appreciate this online service for purchasing religious items.”

Hello, Thank you for your order and review. Sorry that you are not 100% happy with the delivery costs. The delivery costs cover the price of delivery and the price of packaging etc. Please note that we offer free delivery on orders over £25, standard delivery for orders under £25 from £2.95/£3.95 (depending on the products), and also 99p 1st class delivery for greetings cards. “Sadly I find myself a little disappointed with the last couple of orders that I’ve made. The inside of the greeting cards have had smudgy marks on the page. The packaging of envelopes that I ordered came loose so I had 50 envelopes fall out all over the place.. and the latest order of ‘“sorry we missed you” cards two of the bundles were damaged at the corners and edges.. on a positive note all the damage and smudge marks aside having items that promote the Bible and getting to know Jehovah is always pleasing to have around, the art work is always good and the wording is the best.”
