“I ordered a few things up to approximatedly € 30,00. However, a couple of days later, I received a mail from the customs that I had to pay taxes, I think it was around € 13,00. That would make it all too expensive for me, so I replied that I found that too high, resulting in the product being returned to Bennett Cards. End of story, apparently... no money back from Bennett Cards so far, at all :-(”

Hello, when ordering from the EU we remove any taxes from the price in the checkout, you then instead pay the taxes to your local government when you receive the products. Therefore the tax from customs isn't an extra charge. There may also have been a small "duty" charge from your local government. This is something that is out of our control, however we do make this clear in the checkout when placing the order. As the parcel was refused by yourself it takes longer to get back to us. When we received the parcel back we emailed you as at the time we didnt know why it had come back as there was no other communication from yourself. When you did ask for a refund this was refunded back to your original payment method. I hope the above information clears this up for you. Thanks and take care.
